Our Coteau Connection Portal will serve as your admission portal now and later convert into your parent portal once your daughter has enrolled at the Academy. First time users can access the portal directly at this link where Parents/guardians will be instructed to create an account when you begin your daughter’s application. This account will enable you to view your admission checklist and stay up-to-date with your progress. Your portal account will allow you to keep track of your daughter’s admissions checklist  profile has been completed.

Academic Records

The Transcript Release Form authorizes your daughter’s current school to release her records to Sacred Heart Academy. Please complete and sign this form and give it to your daughter’s current school. Her records will be sent directly to Sacred Heart Academy and are kept confidential. Records should not be uploaded by parents.

Teacher Recommendations

Applicants should submit a Teacher Recommendation Form to your daughter’s current school. Applicants must submit the recommendation form to your daughter's current homeroom teacher. The recommendation will be sent directly to the Admissions Office, and the contents will be kept confidential. By submitting the request, you accept our confidentiality agreement.
