There are a limited number of contestant booths available inside the main cook-off tent. These will be given on a first-come basis and are subject to the regular tent fee.

Rules of Play

Each team must cook a minimum of 5 gallons of gumbo on site. Monitors will inspect the volume of cooking pots prior to cooking. All teams must cook their equal share in order to be judged as a participant in the cook-off. Teams must provide all cooking ingredients and cooking materials.

Tent Placement: All registered teams will receive their tent number and placement at check-in.

All teams must clean their own areas after the cook-off. Monitors will make inspections at the end of the event. Please bring containers for any leftover gumbo. Please do not discard leftover gumbo in the grass or on the concrete.

All contestants will have hose water access. There is no power accessibility for tents. Cooking trailers are permitted.

No vehicles will be permitted within the designated cook-off area. Vehicle routes will be clearly marked for set up and take down.

First Place Seafood/Exotic Gumbo
First Place Fan Favorite
Overall First Place Winner
